Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached into a secure mailing bag or box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
